Jobs website Glassdoor released a list of 20 companies that go above and beyond

Here are some that caught our eye:

Bain & Company holds an annual “Bain World Cup” tournament, open to all employees from all over the world.

Goldman Sachs has offered coverage for gender reassignment surgery since 2008.

Scripps Health offers pet health insurance for cats and dogs.

Starbucks provides full tuition reimbursement for an online bachelor’s degree program through Arizona State University and now they are offering free legal advice to employees affected by President Trump’s travel ban.

Microsoft offers a $800 “StayFit” reimbursement program to cover gym memberships and fitness programs.

Genentech offers amenities, including car washes, haircuts, childcare center, mobile spa and dentist.

Timberland employees can take up to 40 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer.
