Street style tip of the day: Ruffled plaid

I love the ruffle front of the dress and smock cut. It’s kind of reminiscint of the 90’s, don’t you think? My mom is determined for that era of clothing to die, and it probably will, but in the meantime, I plan to wear plenty of oversized dresses with chokers while I still can!
